Mayor rejects County Executive's plan, states intention to bill for APD services

Village of Akron Mayor Ray Perkins rejected Erie County Executive Joel Giambra's plan to bill for Sheriff's patrols and announced plans to bill Erie County for Akron Police Department services last week.
