Board adopts Local Law allowed creation of rules in parks and recreational areas

Akron Village Board members adopted a Local Law Monday night that will allow them to set rules and regulations in Village parks and recreational areas by resolution.

Boards may accept bids on Shared Facility

Newstead Town Board and Akron Village Board of Trustees members may put a Shared Public Works facility out to bid as a step in determining if its construction is a good move for the community.

Capital Building project to come before voters

A Capital building project developed to address infrastructure, music education, special education, and physical education needs at Akron Central will come before voters in December.
