Services set for Joyce Garvey
|

Joyce M. Garvey (nee Pafk)
of Lockport, New York.
formerly of Akron, died suddenly February 1, 2010.
Beloved wife of Dennis Garvey, mother of Elizabeth (Charles) Reardon and
Ryan Garvey(Christina Cottone).
Grandmother of Madison and Ava Reardon and Rylee Garvey.
Dear daughter of Marvin and Bonnie Pafk.
Granddaughter of Roberta Pafk, Daughter-in-law of Julia and the late Robert
Garvey. Sister of Thomas Pafk, Susan (Cameron) Criswell, Cynthia (Robert)
Potts and Maribeth Hayes. Sister-in-law to Becky Garvey and Greg (Helen)
Garvey, also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Joyce worked in the
cafeteria for the Akron Central School system. Family will be present at Childs Funeral
Home LLC, 10 Eckerson
Avenue, Akron, NY, to receive friends on Saturday, February
6, 2010, from 2 to 4 p.m. with a service following at 4 p.m..
