SUMMARY:Pies in the Park
DESCRIPTION:The Akron Lionesses Organization will host their annual fundraiser\, Pies in the Park\, on Friday\, July 16 at the Russell Park Community Band Concert. \nWhole pies\, pie wedges and cookies will be packaged and ready for sale at 7:30 p.m. Organizers are working with the Village of Akron and Town of Newstead Code Enforcement to follow safety guidelines. Akron Lionesses humbly solicit the help of the community for this fundraiser. \nAkron Lionesses co-sponsor Hanging Baskets for the Main Street Business District\, “Light Up Akron\,” a community Christmas\, and offer a scholarship for a graduating Akron Central School senior each year.
