LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF NEWSTEAD, NY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing of the Town Board will be held at Newstead Town Hall, 5 Clarence Center Road in the Village of Akron, New York at 7:20PM on the 13th day of October, 2020 to consider the following:  Site plan application for construction of a 22,836 sq. ft. hotel addition to The Sterling banquet facility at Arrowhead Golf Club on a 154.8 acre parcel in the R-A zoning district at 12292 Clarence Center Road in the Town of Newstead.  The hearing is open to the public.
