Accused drunk driver in accident in Town of Newstead indicted on felony charges

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 50-year-old Mark S. Printup of Town of Cambria was arraigned this morning, March 22, 2023 before Erie County Court Judge James Bargnesi on an indictment charging him with one count of Vehicular Assault in the First Degree (Class “D” felony) and one count of Vehicular Assault in the Second Degree (Class “E” felony). Akron man charged following Clarence incident

The Defendant Faces Multiple Felony, Misdemeanor, and Traffic Charges Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports that 50-year-old David Cottom, Sr., of Akron has been charged following an incident early Wednesday morning when he fled from Deputies during an attempted traffic stop and a report of a stolen vehicle later in the morning.
