Jane Beverly (Wittlinger) Downey-Roesch, of Akron, New York entered into rest on May 1, 2025.  Born on January 30, 1931, in Clarence, New York, she was 94 years old. She was an avid collector of Shirley Temple memorabilia and for many years played bass drum in the Akron Community Band and Corfu-Pembroke Band. An accomplished organist, she played for Clarence Center UMC, Hunts Corners Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Akron at various times over 80 years. Sandra Marie Meyers of Alden, New York (formerly of Friendship, NY) passed away on April 30, 2025. She was born on August 14, 1948.  She was married on August 7, 1971 to Loren Meyers who survives.  Loren and Sandi have three sons: Alan (Leigh) of Randolph, NY; James (Heather) of Sacramento, CA; and Dale (Rachel) of Alden.  She is survived by 17 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren whom she dearly loved and enjoyed spending time with.
