Butch Francis Eldred, of Akron, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 9, 2021. He was born in Buffalo, New York on June 27, 1953 to the late Francis H. and Lucille (Redman) Eldred.

Rita Mary Staskiewicz-Hendry-Groth passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 90.

Rita A. Pfenninger (née Hartman), died on June 29, 2021.  She was born in Batavia on December 2, 1949 to George and Eleanor Hartman (née Schneller).

A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held for Arnold “Bugs” Stegman, who passed away on December 25, 2020 following a brief illness, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at St. Teresa’s Cemetery, 13482 Bloomingdale Rd., Akron, NY.

Patricia Bower (nee Sibilio) passed away on December 19, 2020. She was born in Buffalo, New York on April 15,1955 to the late Albert and Frances (Van Norman) Sibilio.

Memorial Mass planned for Thomas “Coach” Wetzen A Memorial Mass for Thomas “Coach” Wetzen, who entered into rest on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Buffalo VA Medical Center at the age of 92, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at St. Teresa of Avila Parish, 5771 Buell Street, Akron, NY 14001. Thomas was born on October 1,1927 to the late Adolph and Ada (Lotto) Wetzen. He grew up in Riverside and served in the Army at the end of WWII. He met his future wife, Barbara (Scott), while attending SUNY Brockport and they were married

Linda S. Campbell, 71 of Oakfield, New York passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at her residence under the loving care of her family and Hospice.

Thomas, went home to be with his lord, on May 24, 2021.  He was born in Bellwood, Pennsylvania, on February 2, 1933 to the late Millard and Viola (Keller) Thomas.

Kenneth M. Whitbeck, 77 of Akron, New York passed away suddenly on Friday, June 25, 2021) at Buffalo General Hospital. He was born February 1, 1944 in Batavia, NY, a son of the late John “Louie” and Elizabeth Pfohl Whitbeck.

Charles J. Friedman, of Akron, New York entered into rest at the age of 89 on June 10, 2021.
