Breneman James Logan

Breneman James “Luffus” “Jim” Logan entered into rest February 12, 2022. Born December 10, 1948, Breneman grew up on the Tonawanda Seneca Nation where, at the age of 18 he was selected to serve as a sub-chief for the tribe, a role he fulfilled throughout his life. He was a member of the Bear Clan, his mother and father instilling within him a dedication to his family and the community. In 1969 he was drafted into the USMC, completed two tours in Vietnam, earning the rank of sergeant, during which time he served a crew chief for HMM 164 &

Jeanette Helen Ann (nee Corbett, Cowan) Giesler, 98, of Akron, New York went peacefully home to be with the Lord on January 26, 2022. Jeanette was born on March 27, 1923 in Newstead, NY to the late Floyd and Florence (nee Hasfurter) Corbett. Late siblings include Evelyn Florence (Emerson) Sinsel; Floyd Karl Corbett Jr. (1918-1919); William Peter (Arlene) Corbett; Laverene Roy (Lorraine) Corbett; Irene Clara (Chester) Covel; James Arthur (Marilyn) Corbett; Lorraine Emma (Fred) Cowan, and Dorothy Margaret Virginia (Earl) Groves.
