David J. Erny

David J. Erny of Alden, New York passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2025. Dear father of Jeremy (Julie) Erny and Jamie Allen; loving grandfather of Christian, Devin, Zachary, Benjamin and Madeline; born, June 26, 1948, he was beloved son of Jean and the late Harvey Erny; brother of Nancy (Wally) Zamoyski and the late Barbara (Kevin) Newman; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at the CHARLES MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY on Tuesday, June 10 at 10 a.m.  Family will be present to receive friends on Monday, June 9 from 3-7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
