Eagle Scout projects needed
To the Editor of the Akron Bugle,
I’m writing about a problem many Boy Scouts face: finding an Eagle Scout project. To move on from the Life rank and become an Eagle Scout, a Scout must do a big service project to help the community. But finding these projects can be hard.
It would really help simplify the process if people who have service projects in mind could talk to local Boy Scout troop leaders. They can work together to make these projects Eagle Scout projects. This way, Scouts can complete their requirements and the community benefits too.
Eagle Scout projects can be anything from cleaning up parks to building community benches. By sharing project ideas, you can help Scouts finish up their one of their most challenging requirements, and improve their community.
Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Jesse Vaughan, Akron, NY
