Frances Oczkowski

Frances Oczkowski passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025. She was born on October 1, 1966, and was known for her vivacious spirit and a heart full of love. Frances touched the lives of many with her kindness and joy. 

She was the loving mother of Ian and Alexis Oczkowski, the dear sister of Gary and Dorothy Ingersoll, and the beloved aunt and friend to many. She was predeceased by her mother, Caroline (Parker) Ingersoll and her husband, Bryan J. Oczkowski.

Frances was a devoted secretary, who brought life and laughter to her workplace. She was a social butterfly, known for always having a joke at the ready. Her clever wit and vibrant personality ensured there was never a dull moment whenever Frances was around. Despite her playful nature, Frances had a deep sense of compassion for others. She worked for Meals on Wheels and also fed the elders at the community building. 

Outside of her work, Frances was an avid casino-goer, bringing her unique blend of fun and optimism to every game. Above all, what mattered most to Frances was her love for her family and friends. She had an unparalleled ability to make each person in her life feel cherished and valued. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and selfless service that will be forever remembered by all who knew her.
