Leon C. Frey of Cheektowaga, New York at the age of 80 on April 9, 2020.

Loving Partner of Margaret Jasinski.  Loving Father of Kim, Jacquie and Dennis (Wendy) Frey and Brian Legg.  Former Husband of Diana L. “Tootie” (nee Giesler) Frey.  Brother of Karen (John) Bugansky and the late Norman (Nancy) Frey.  Grandfather of Brendan (Savannah) and Clarissa Frey and Aliza and Adam Fromwiller.  Great-Grandfather of Donnie Sexton and Nolan Frey.

Services will be private.  The Memorial Gathering will be announced by Bernhardt Funeral Home, LLC, 130 Main St.; Akron.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials to your local Fire Company to assist in purchasing “Personal Protective Equipment” (P.P.E.’s) for use during this crisis.
