Lino W. Cometto III

Lino W. Cometto III of Akron, New York, formerly of Alden, NY passed away unexpectedly April 11, 2025.

Born January 11, 1995, he was Beloved son of Lino (Kathleen) Cometto II and Kathleen (Grinsell) Cometto; dear brother of Alan Ferger and Nicole (Jason) Stiles; loving companion of Nicole Woods and EJ; grandson to his “Nonna” Alvina and the late Lino Cometto and the late Thomas Grinsell; uncle of Gage, Layla and Abby Stiles; also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family was present to receive friends at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. John’s RC Church, Alden, NY on Wednesday at 10 a.m. (please assemble at church).
