Marilyn (Ish) Jonathan

Marilyn (Ish) Jonathan, passed away surrounded by family on March 25, 2021. She was born in Batavia, New York on May 20,1952 to the late Kervin and Evelyn (Ground) Jonathan.

Marilyn was a proud member of the Wolf clan and worked for many years at Smoke Rings. She was very crafty and especially enjoyed quilting, sewing, and beadwork. Ish was a member of the Bills Mafia and enjoyed rooting for her favorite player, Cole Beasley. She was also an avid Bingo player and was known as the Bingo Babe.

She is survived by her loving companion of over 30 years, Albert Abrams. Two daughters, Addy Jonathan and Potsie Edmister and a stepdaughter, Joweon Abrams; her beloved brothers and sisters, Maureen (Chester) Logan, Brenda (Late Edward Logan) Jonathan, Leon Jonathan, Deanna Jonathan, Don Jonathan, Darwin (Monica Webster) Jonathan, Kenneth (Nadine) Jonathan, Leland (Larue) Jonathan, Mahlon (Kim) Jonathan, Jacklyn (Late Bryan) Printup; cherished grandchildren, Tyler Poodry, Lesley Poodry, Lucas Poodry, Rachel Poodry, Emmit Poodry, Daevyn Abrams, and Gabriel Bilicki all survive her. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A brother, Kelvin (Goon) Jonathan predeceased her.
