NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Akron, in the Village Hall, 21 Main Street, Akron, New York, on the 31st day of July 2024 at 7:00 p.m. to hear all in favor of or opposed to the following:
The application for a Special Use Permit to allow Stephen Development to develop a Manufactured Housing Community at the premises known as 49.5 acres of vacant land in an existing R-3 zone on the corner of Clarence Center Rd and Hake Rd under Chapter 165 Section 165-30C(2) of the Code of the Village of Akron.
The Special Use Permit application is available for inspection at the Village Clerkâs Office.
