Notice is hereby given that Altar of Love Psychospiritual Mentorship LLC (the “LLC”), a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of New York, filed its Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State of New York (SSNY) on June 2, 2025. The county within the State of New York in which the office of the LLC is to be located is Erie. The SSNY has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. The SSNY shall mail a copy of any process against the LLC served upon the SSNY to Altar of Love Psychospiritual Mentorship LLC c/o Maranda O’Connor, at 7115 Derby Road, Derby, NY 14047. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which limited liability companies may be organized under the New York Limited Liability Company Law.
