Parade themes announced for Akron’s Fourth of July Celebration

Akron Celebration Committee has announced parade themes for the 2022 Akron Fourth of July Celebration.

“Summertime Favorites” is the theme for the gala parade and “Dr. Seuss” will be the theme for the Kiddie Parade. Local business are encouraged to participle and have a chance to win the coveted Business Trophy.

The Committee is seeking food vendors or community organizations to be at Veteran’s Park July 3rd as well as in Russell Park on July 4th. Contact the Celebration Committee at akroncelebration@gmail.com.
