Ronald Francis Marble

Ronald Francis Marble went to Heaven with the Angels on January 25, 2021 from COVID-19 complications.  He was born at home in the town of Pembroke, New York on April 7, 1945 to the late Darwin and Florence Marble.

Ron and Beverly{Phillips} were married in 1976 and the very proud parents of Jason and Justin. Ron started his working career at Ritz Craft Homes in Batavia, AMAX in Akron, and then for many years as a gas and oil furnace/Air repairman for Akron Oil and finally NOCO Energy Corp.

Ron had a heart of GOLD and was always there for everyone with a big smile and ready to help a lending hand.  He enjoyed cooking and baking his famous Apple Pie for family and friends. He never baked just one! Chicken Barbeques were always a treat at his picnics.

He enjoyed being outside or working in his garage fabricating something new.  If he wasn’t in the garage, he was usually on his JD Tractor visiting or helping neighbors. He also enjoyed helping his sons work on their cars in his free time. Ron loved showing his handmade steam Carousel at the WNY Gas & Steam Show along with The “Beverly” vehicle he built in memory of his wife.

On nice summer days Ron enjoyed being “Captain” on his Cabin Cruiser “Blue Horizon” enjoying spending time with his Canadian friends who quickly became family.  Ron also loved spending valuable time with his fiancé Carol camping.  They even flew to the Grand Canyon. Ron liked to go cruising to the Caribbean with Carol and on a special trip to Europe including his sister Cathy and Mike, ending by flying to Croatia to experience a Wedding for his brother-in-law’s son.  He had a fantastic time and even had a Bailey’s on the rocks.

Most importantly, Ron loved his sons more than life itself.  He always had a glow in his eyes when he talked about them. Ron will be truly missed by all of his family, Carol and her family, and his many friends including his companion “Harley The Cat”  that followed him everywhere.

Beloved father of Jason and Justin; Brother of Cathy Marble(Michael Margarucci), Darwin R.(Patricia) and fiancé Carol Zugo, her daughter Melissa Crawford, son S. Christopher, her grandchildren Alex, Jonathan and Daniel. He is also survived by aunts, nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his wife Beverly {Phillips}.
