NEWSTEAD, NEW YORK

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing of the Town Board will be held at the Newstead Town Hall, 5 Clarence Center Road in the Village of Akron, New York at 7:20 PM on the 28th day of October 2024 to consider the following: 

A Short-Term Rental Permit for the property located at 12353 Clarence Center Road, in the RA zone of the Town of Newstead.  Property is owned by Daniel & Nicole Klonowski.

The hearing is open to the public.  Interested individuals are invited to attend and may submit written comments in advance of the public hearing.  The meeting room is wheelchair accessible.  Those needing special arrangements should call the Town Clerk at 716-542-4573.
