Akron Police urge residents to lock their vehicles

Akron Police Chief Rick Lauricella is urging Akron residents to lock their vehicles.  Lauricella reports that vehicles are being gone through in the overnight hours in the Village of Akron and surrounding communities.

“Please be sure your vehicles are secure and do not leave your belongings in your vehicle in the open,” Lauricella said in issuing the advisory.
