    The Akron Celebration Committee will sponsor Fireworks in Veterans Park on Friday, July 3.  The Akron Community Band will present a concert beginning at 7 p.m.  The Newstead Exempt Club will have refreshments for sale as will some food trucks.  Fireworks at dusk.
