Newstead confirmed COVID-19 up 22 over one week period

Town of Newstead/Village of Akron Emergency Manager, Dan Kowalik, shared Monday that confirmed COVID-19 cases in the 14001 zip code rose by 22 last week, bringing the total to 426 positive since March.  Countywide map available at this link Kowalik reminds local residents they need to be smart and follow the recommendations being sent forth by the local health officials.
