LEGAL NOTICE
VILLAGE OF ALDEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been filed by Paul Marzec, owner of the vacant property located on Exchange Street, SBL Number 119.11-1-1, Alden, NY for four variances from Section 210-26A(1) of the Code of the Village of Alden, as it pertains to the requirements for minimum immediate street frontage within an R-1 District, as follows:
- The proposed subdivision Flag Lot 1 has immediate street frontage of 12.5 feet, which is 17.5 feet less than the minimum code requirement of 30 feet, as per section 210-26A(1).
- The proposed subdivision Flag Lot 2 has immediate street frontage of 12.5 feet, which is 17.5 feet less than the minimum code requirement of 30 feet, as per section 210-26A(1).
- The proposed subdivision Flag Lot 3 has immediate street frontage of 12.5 feet, which is 17.5 feet less than the minimum code requirement of 30 feet, as per section 210-26A(1).
- The proposed subdivision Flag Lot 4 has immediate street frontage of 12.5 feet, which is 17.5 feet less than the minimum code requirement of 30 feet, as per section 210-26A(1).
For the purpose of hearing objections to or protest against the granting of such application, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Village of Alden Municipal Building, 13336 Broadway, Alden, NY on September 29, 2026 at 6:30pm (Prevailing Time).
