Born on May 7, 1945, in Buffalo, NY, Charlene was admired for her supportive nature and her deep commitment to her family, friends, and the Tonawanda Indian Reservation community. Having worked diligently as a bookkeeper until her retirement, Charlene was known for her dedication and precision.
