Akron Central School has a new athletic logo. Following an open opportunity to submit ideas for a new athletic logo and three rounds of voting to narrow the selections, Akron Central is proud to have a new logo to represent the Akron Tigers. Voting wrapped up on Friday, October 11, 2024, following the school’s Spirit Week and Homecoming festivities.

Robert P. Kiehl, Jr. passed away on September 20, 2024 at Hospice Buffalo after a four year courageous battle against cancer. He was born July 1, 1952 at St. John’s hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
